Royal Mail standard (letter) first class delivery applies to personalised cards only.

Free delivery does not apply with a basket combination such as; 1 Personalised Card + 1 Non Personalised Card. This will be charged at your chosen delivery service.

International Delivery

You can send personalised cards to your family and friends around the world. Cards being sent to addresses within Europe usually take 6 working days to arrive from dispatch. Orders sent World Wide usually take 10 working days from dispatch.

International delivery is not a tracked service and additional payment may be required to cover the cost of your delivery.

 

Returns

We understand that sometimes you might not be completely happy with your order. If this is the case, you are able to return your order at your own cost.

Upon receipt of your order, where applicable, we will issue a full refund for your items and shipping.

We cannot provide a refund or exchange for perishable goods, this included helium balloons, chocolate and personalised items unless they are faulty or damaged.

If you have received a faulty item, please Contact Us directly with an image and our Customer Service Team will look into this further.

Customs & Taxes

Items sent to the EU from the UK are treated as exports, which means they’ll have to pass through customs. If you’d like us to send an order to the Republic of Ireland, you’ll have to pay a little extra for customs charges, as ROI is still an EU member. Card Factory is unable to cover your customs charges.

 

Orders sent to destinations in the UK are charged at the normal taxable rate, this is included in the price of your order.

Order sent to the rest of the world may be liable for import charges that Card Factory are not responsible for. Please check your import charges before placing your order.
