Royal Mail

It’s important to remember that Royal Mail delivery times are estimated, with actual times being based on their ability to deliver.

In most cases, you will find that the estimates are correct and you will have your items within the time frames detailed above. However, deliveries may take longer during busy times, such as Christmas and other seasons.


Free Standard Letter First Class Delivery

Royal Mail standard letter first class delivery applies to personalised cards only.

Free delivery does not apply with a basket combination such as; 1 personalised Card + 1 Non Personalised Card. This will be charged at the normal delivery price.


Personalised Gifts

While your personalised cards will be sent out the same day if you order them before 4pm, we can’t guarantee that personalised gifts will be dispatched on the day they are ordered. Once you have placed your order, we will send you an estimated dispatch day and also let you know once it has been sent out for delivery.


Fast Track Delivery

If you’ve selected Fast Track Delivery, your order will be delivered via courier in 1-3 working days. Saturday deliveries are not currently available.

Deliveries will take place between 7.30am and 8pm and they require a signature, so make sure someone is home or you might miss it.

Add your mobile number to your order at the checkout page so our courier can contact you and let you know via text when you can expect your item. They may also ask for additional delivery information such as; delivery to a neighbour if you wont be in.

We only offer fast track delivery Monday to Friday, so orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. If you order on a Saturday or Sunday, your item will be delivered the following Tuesday.

Use the tracking number provided on your confirmation email to see where your order is and what time you should expect your delivery to arrive.

Not all items can be sent via fast track delivery as sometimes we need more time to make them and add your personalisation. We’ll always let you know on the product page if an item can’t be delivered using the next day service.


International Delivery

You can send personalised cards and gifts to your family and friends around the world. Cards and gifts being sent to addresses within Europe usually take between 5 – 6 working days to arrive. Orders sent World Wide usually take between 7 - 8 working days.

International delivery is not a tracked service and additional payment may be required to cover the cost of your delivery.



We understand that sometimes you might not be completely happy with your order. If this is the case, you are able to return your order at your own cost.

Upon receipt of your order, where applicable, we will issue a full refund for your items and shipping.

We cannot provide a refund or exchange for perishable goods, this includes helium balloons unless they are faulty, Damaged or we have made an error with your order.

We cannot provide refunds or exchanges on personalised items unless they are faulty, damaged or we made an error with your order.

If a personalised item is faulty or we have made a mistake, we willl give you a full refund, as well as the amount that it cost you to return it to us.
