Delivery Information

Making sure people’s cards and gifts arrive in time for a special day is just as important as picking the right item. We want to help you get everything you need to celebrate in plenty of time so no one feels left out.


We offer a range of different delivery options to suit your needs, including standard delivery options or courier service for when you need a present quickly.
Here are the different delivery and price options you can choose from depending on your timescale and budget:

Royal Mail

It’s important to remember that Royal Mail delivery times are estimated, with actual times being based on their ability to deliver.

In most cases, you’ll find that the estimates are correct and you’ll have your items within the time frames detailed above. However, deliveries may take longer during busy times, such as Christmas.

Next Day & Weekend Delivery

If you’ve selected Next Day or Weekend Delivery, your order will be delivered via courier on your chosen day.

Deliveries will take place between 7.30am and 8pm and they require a signature, so make sure someone is home or you might miss it.

Add your mobile number to your order at the checkout page so our courier can contact you and let you know via text when you can expect your item. They can also ask for extra delivery information, so you can instruct them to deliver your parcel to a neighbour if you won’t be in.

We only offer next day delivery Monday to Friday, so orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. If you order on a Saturday or Sunday, your item will be delivered the following Tuesday.

If you need your item delivered at the weekend, use our guaranteed weekend delivery service.

Not all items can be sent via next day delivery as sometimes we need more time to make them and add your personalisation. We’ll always let you know on the product page if an item can’t be delivered using the next day service.

International Delivery

You can send personalised or photo upload cards to friends and family around the world.
Cards being sent to addresses within Europe usually take between 3 and 5 working days to arrive.

If you’re sending cards outside of Europe, these will usually arrive within 5 to 7 days.
Unfortunately, we cannot send any of other items via international delivery.

Personalised Gifts

While your personalised cards will be sent out the same day if you order them before 6pm, we can’t guarantee that personalised gifts will be dispatched on the day they are ordered.

Once you have placed your order, we’ll send you an estimated dispatch day and also let you know once it has been sent out for delivery.

Ordering Multiple Items

The delivery costs can vary when you’re ordering more than one item.

You’ll be able to see what the delivery cost options are when ordering multiple items on the delivery page so you can select the best choice for your needs.

We’ll send out each item separately so you get everything as soon as possible.

Returns

We take care to create beautiful and high quality items, but we understand that sometimes you might not be completely happy with them.

If this is the case, you can return your order to us within 14 days of receipt and we’ll either issue an exchange or a full refund, including the cost of postage and packaging.
We cannot provide refunds or exchanges on personalised items unless they are faulty, damaged or we made an error with your order.

If a personalised item is faulty or we have made a mistake, we’ll give you a full refund, as well as the amount that it cost you to return it to us.
