Cards and gifts are pretty time sensitive, so we want to make sure you get them in plenty of time. That’s why we offer a range of delivery options to suit your timescale and budget, even offering a courier service for those emergency, last minute deliveries.

Delivery Information

Royal Mail delivery times are estimates based on their ability to deliver. In most cases, 2nd class deliveries will take 2-3 working days, and 1st class will aim to be delivered on the next working day, but at particularly busy times these may take longer.

International Delivery: Personalised cards can be sent to friends, family and loved ones wherever they are in the world. Delivery within Europe takes 3-5 working days, and outside of Europe takes 5-7 working days. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer international delivery for any of our other items.

Personalised Gifts: In addition, personalised gifts take extra time for our team to get ready, and so won’t always be sent out on the same day you order them. We’ll give you an estimated despatch time when you order, and we’ll let you know when it’s been sent out for delivery.

Next Day & Weekend Delivery:

Your order will be delivered via our specialised courier and will arrive between 7.30am-8pm on your chosen day, please ensure someone is present at the address, as you will need someone to sign for your parcel.

Please leave your mobile number on the checkout page so our courier can contact you via text message and let you know when to expect your parcel and ask for any extra delivery information such as leaving your parcel with a neighbour

Our next day delivery service is only available Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday, and orders placed on a Saturday/Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday. For orders that require weekend delivery, you should use our guaranteed weekend delivery service.

Certain items are exempt from Next Day delivery due to the extra time required to make them. We’ll always let you know on the product page when a product is or isn’t eligible for next day delivery.

Ordering Multiple Items: When ordering multiple items, delivery costs may vary. We’ll always let you know on the delivery page what your charges will be.

Each item will be sent out separately to arrive with you as soon as possible.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your items. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order to us within 14 working days of receipt and we’ll issue a full refund, including postage and packing, or an exchange.

This offer excludes personalised items, unless they are faulty or we made an error on your order.

Should you return an item because of an error on our part or if it’s defective, then we’ll refund the full value of the item and your costs in returning it to us. You can contact our friendly Customer Service department for a Freepost returns address.
