We are doing our best to ensure all orders are send out on time. However, during this busy time we have had to extend out dispatch and delivery window. We are working with our delivery partners to ensure we deliver you orders on time. As we are experiencing a high level of orders, your order will take up to 7 working days from dispatch. We will communicate to you via email and through "my account updates". May we take this opportunity to thank you for your valued custom and patience at this time.

Making sure people’s cards and gifts arrive in time for a special day is just as important as picking the right item. We want to help you get everything you need to celebrate in plenty of time so no one feels left out.

We offer a range of different delivery options to suit your needs, including standard delivery options or courier service for when you need a present quickly. Here are the different delivery and price options you can choose from depending on your timescale and budget:

Ordering Multiple Items

The delivery costs can vary when you’re ordering more than one item.

You’ll be able to see what the delivery cost options are when ordering multiple items on the delivery page so you can select the best choice for your needs.

We’ll send out each item separately so you get everything as soon as possible.

Returns

We take care to create beautiful and high quality items, but we understand that sometimes you might not be completely happy with them.

If this is the case, you can return your order to us within 14 days of receipt and we’ll either issue an exchange or a full refund, including the cost of postage and packaging.
We cannot provide refunds or exchanges on personalised items unless they are faulty, damaged or we made an error with your order.

If a personalised item is faulty or we have made a mistake, we’ll give you a full refund, as well as the amount that it cost you to return it to us.
