Newsletter Sign Up Competition Terms and Conditions


The promoter of this competition is Sportswift Limited t/a Card Factory, whose registered office is at: Century House, Brunel Road, Wakefield 41 Industrial Estate, Wakefield, WF2 0XG.

Employees of Sportswift Limited, any group company of Sportswift Limited and or anyone else associated with this competition or its establishment shall not be permitted to enter this competition. No entry fee is required and there is no purchase necessary. The competition closes on Wednesday 31st July 2019 at 23.59pm. After this time, no further entries to the competition will be permitted. 

Entrants must be UK residents and over the age of 18. We will only accept entries from new email sign ups via the popup on our website. Only one entry per person will be accepted.  

The organiser accepts no responsibility for entries that are invalid, not successfully completed due to a technical fault, malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, network or server failure of any kind or illegible. The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received until 31st July. The prize is 1 x credit on CardFactory.co.uk of £100. The winner will need to setup an account on CardFactory.co.uk and be a UK resident.   

Card Factory’s decision is final. We reserve the right to substitute the prize for another of equal value should the need to do so reasonably arise. Any changes to the competition or the terms and conditions will be highlighted to entrants by the promoter as soon as possible. The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date. 

The winner must then respond to Card Factory to arrange for the prize to be allocated within 48 hours. No cash or credit alternatives to the stated prize will be offered and the prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. If the promoter is unable to contact the stated winner within 21 days, we reserve the right to offer the prize to another competition entrant. 

The promoter complies with the standards and procedures outlined in the UK Data Protection Act. We will not pass on this information to third parties. By entering the competition, the winner agrees to the use of their name in publicity and promotional material after the closing date of the competition. Entry into this competition will be taken as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which are subject to and governed by English law.
