Can I order balloons inflated?
Yes, however, due to the lifespan of inflated balloons we can only deliver foil balloons inflated, see all our foil balloons you can purchase inflated online here.
PLEASE NOTE: Some foil balloons don’t have an ‘inflate’ option as these are too big & bulky to be delivered.
Inflation period of a balloon starts from the time it is inflated in our warehouse, therefore, if the chosen delivery method is 2-3 working days these will need to be taken into account when looking at the expected inflation time for the balloon.
Can all the balloons sold online be delivered inflated?
We can send the majority of our foil balloons inflated, however, we are unable to send larger balloons such as giant numbered balloons and Airwalkers as they are too large to post.

Yes, there is no charge for foil balloons in most of our stores as this cost is covered in the price of the balloon, you are required to take either your delivery note or order confirmation email with you as proof of purchase.
If ordering balloons for delivery to the Isle of Man, foil balloons are subject to an inflation charge in-store.
There is also a 75p charge per balloon for the inflation of latex balloons in all our stores as these types of balloons require hi-float helium (excludes packs of 10 latex balloons as these are only suitable for air-fill).
If you require a large number of balloons inflating, we would advise contacting your local store in advance to ensure that they are able to inflate the balloons on your preferred day.

How can I preserve the lifespan of my balloons?
In order to keep your balloons inflated for the longest time, we suggest that the following guidelines are followed:
- Please remove balloons from bags as soon as arriving home or at the venue to ensure that the balloons are allowed to float freely.
- Keep balloons at a constant room temperature.
- Never leave balloons in a car, garage or cold room. Cold air causes the balloon to deflate.
