This beautiful balloon makes a great gift for your loved one on Valentine's Day. The transparent balloon can be filled with air or helium, and contains lots of pink and silver confetti. Can you inflate my latex confetti balloons?
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver your confetti balloons inflated. These balloons can be inflated at home with air using a balloon pump, or by using a helium tank which can be purchased either in store or online.
We are unable to inflate these balloons in-store as they are exclusive to our website.
These balloons will only float if filled with helium.
When blowing up this balloon, it's recommended to use a balloon pump to avoid inhalation of the confetti. Tie off the end of the balloon and add non-metallic ribbon (not included).
